Old Colony Corp was established in 1994 by a group of industrial operators who believed that the most durable value in business comes from deep sector expertise, long-term ownership, and the discipline to resist short-cycle thinking.
Over three decades, we have grown from a single operating company into a diversified holding enterprise with interests across supply chain management, logistics, staffing, commodities, manufacturing, and industrial real estate.
We have never taken outside capital. Every acquisition has been funded from operating cash flow and the reinvestment of returns. That independence defines how we operate and how we think.
