Where we operate.

Supply Chain Management

We own and operate businesses that design, manage, and optimize supply chain networks for industrial and commercial clients. Our portfolio companies provide end-to-end visibility, procurement support, and logistics coordination across complex, multi-tier supply chains.

Logistics

Our logistics portfolio spans freight brokerage, last-mile delivery, warehousing, and intermodal transportation. We focus on asset-light models with strong network effects and businesses that serve essential goods movement in domestic and cross-border markets.

Staffing

Old Colony Corp has significant holdings in industrial and professional staffing. Our companies place workers in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare support, and skilled trades — sectors where labor demand is structural and long-term.

Commodities

We hold interests in businesses involved in the sourcing, trading, processing, and distribution of industrial commodities. Our portfolio includes firms operating in metals, agricultural inputs, and specialty materials used in manufacturing and construction.

Manufacturing

Our manufacturing portfolio includes precision component manufacturers, contract manufacturers, and specialty fabricators serving industrial, defense, and infrastructure end markets. We favor businesses with proprietary processes, certified quality systems, and high barriers to entry.

Industrial Real Estate

Old Colony Corp owns and manages a portfolio of industrial properties including distribution centers, flex industrial facilities, and light manufacturing buildings. Our real estate holdings are concentrated in supply chain-dense markets across the eastern United States.
